It’s frightening to feel this way, that all other fat people are loosing weight except you, even when you are following exactly what they do. But look again is it just that you are blindly following what others are doing or have you accessed your own situation first and worked accordingly? The likely answer is no, you haven’t as much given it any thought on what is it that made you the way you are. Was it your excessive eating or some medication that you were put on, or your laziness cost you all those pounds? This is what you require to do first. Analyze!! Knowing the reason, which has bloated you up is the first step towards shedding those calories. You cannot start working out or going on a diet out of the blue and accept that will help you loose weight and gain muscle. The process of shedding fat is just like a management problem. You need to get to the roots, think out a plan and then execute it. Here are some guidelines to help you set up your plan of action.
