Running is one of the best exercises in the world as it exercises the whole body as well as strengthens the body muscles. These three factors are the weight of the person running, the speed at which the person is running and the distance covered by the person while running. Generally on an average a person of normal weight running at a speed of 7mph and has covered a minimum distance of 8 miles then he burns 679 calories.
It is very necessary to lead a healthy life with no extra load of the calories attached to the body and one way to ensure this can be running regularly.
