There are a lot of people who are suffering from high calorie level which leads to various types of problems. But a very few of them try to burn calories. It’s only because when they start doing some kind of exercise they can’t carry it for long because they gradually lose interest in the same. So why not burn those extra calories by doing something exciting. One such exciting method of burning calories could be Rowing. It is the most adventurous activity by which one can burn the calories and also have a great time enjoying the activity.

Burning Calories

Rowing is an activity in which one has to row a boat on water all by himself. It can be done in the river, ocean, seas etc. so application of muscular pressure is involved. We have to apply muscular pressure because the opposition force of the water will not allow our boat to move so we have to apply a lot of muscular pressure to move ahead. Also this activity does not include only the exercise of the hands but also the exercise of the whole body. So we can see that rowing involves a lot of physical activity. Now as it includes a lot of physical activity it helps us in burning the fats and then consequently in burning the calories.

Now for rowing you must set up a regular time so that there is no interference in your rowing time. Also this will help prevent excuses from interfering with your program. Now the longer you row at any intensity level the more calories you will burn. Rowing at a higher intensity level will also help in burning calories faster, but don’t row so intensely that you last only for five minutes. Therefore try to row for at least 30 minutes at a normal intensity so that you burn at least a good amount of calories.

Therefore as we can see we don’t have to do heavy exercises always to burn the calories. We can also burn calories just by enjoying and adventuring. And rowing provides you with both the benefit of burning the calories and adventure.
