Squash as an outdoor game is hugely popular among people of all age groups. Squash provides the body with great amount of physical exercise. It also strains each and every muscle of the body. Thus ensuring the workout of the whole body. Squash can be played in order to stay fit as well as getting rid of those extra calories, which has been cause of serious health concern. If the body is containing extra amount of calories, which are not being converted into mechanical energy, then it can cause many ailments. Squash the game

Squash is played in a court. The squash court is a rectangular enclosed room with a flush door in the center of the rear wall. During the course of the game all four walls and the floor are used. The game involves two players taking a hit at the squash with a racquet. They have to hit the ball onto the front wall within the large area defined by the red line at the top of the court and also the red line marking the top of the tin and the bottom of the front wall. They score on number of hit a person has taken at the ball.

Squash as a game to burn the extra calories

Squash as a game is very fast in nature. It involves vigorous physical movements. The vigorous physical movements involved in the game generate tremendous amount of heat. Squash is a very interesting game, which can be taken up to increase physical mobility. It helps a lot to stay in shape. And during the course of the game the extra calories in the body, which are harmful, are burnt.
