Jogging is a form of trotting or running at a slow or leisurely pace. Jogging is done to increase fitness without stress in body, some people may jog for a short distances if they are in a hurry. In earlier days, jogging was a roadwork, when athletes ran several miles as a practice. But later it become famous as people came to know about its advantages.

Jogging as a exercise:

Jogging daily in the morning or evening helps in many ways. It has good impact on strains, body joints, etc. joints like knee, backs remains fit by jogging. It increases the metabolic activties of the body and hence releases metabolic waste of the bodies. As through jogging sweating starts. It also increases blood circulation, thus decreasing many cardiac diseases. Some people drop joging by cycling or swimming. It reduces stress and many more. Jogging makes feel body free from tensions. It also burns fat from the body, makes you slim and healthy. Mostly, it is advise to obese people to do jogging.

Jogging as a sport:

Because jogging dos not have any a well-defined terms, conditions and aims to achieve any particular identifiable goal, so jogging cannot be classified as a competitive sport. Since, there is no any clear set of rules by which competitors could be disqualified for cheating. Hence, normally jogging is done by simply running, in another view there should good form of running with while doing a jogging. Mostly in joging sport it is won by moving quickly.

Poor form of jogging:

Jogging if not done properly then it is termed as poor form. As sometimes, joggers shows unnecessary jogging postures, like leaping thighs too high, swinging arms too high and land on through hels. Such form of bad joggging can leads bad impact to the body. It makes joint pain sometime, also cause strain in muscles sometimes. It also makes you tired fast. Landing by heels can hurt your optic nerve. Sometimes joggers do quick running which is no good. Also rear-foot landing during footstrike is not good.

Conclusion:

So do jogging daily, it keeps you warm and healthy, but avoid all poor form of jogging. Do jogging in proper way.
