Fat belly is one of the most disgusting things because not only does it make you look ugly but it also slows you down. You cannot walk fast, run faster or even walk with a balanced step because you have a fat belly.
But why and how did you get this fat belly? Well, let me tell you how most of us were gifted with this fat belly? In today’s world what is costlier than gold is time. People are running against time in a bid to make more money, to earn fame and to earn more respect. But all this at what cost? Is it all really worth it? Yes, it is all worth it if you are not losing your health and reducing your lifespan in a bid to achieve all these things. All the materialistic things have become far more important to most of us than our health and fitness. Most of us work anywhere between 40-60 hours a week in order to maintain a great lifestyle but after such along day’s work we hardly find any time to exercise our body. And every morning it is again a mad rush against time to get ready and reach for work.
So ultimately what happens is that we end up eating our regular meals but not doing any exercise. This starts showing on our body and the first signs appear on the stomach where you start seeing a small and harmless paunch which later develops into fat belly.
Aiding all this is the fact that our eating habits have been so drastically altered that we prefers to eat fast food over vegetables and fruits. A recent study conducted in UK showed that 4 out of 10 kids under the age of 8 have never eaten a single fruit in their life. Don’t you find this condition scary?
All of us know how important it is to maintain a proper balance of all the nutrients in our diet on a daily basis yet we still ignore it. This fat belly of yours has to go and you will have to take some healthy steps very fast if you don’t want the damage to become irreparable.
