Different eye drops are available for those suffering from dry eyes; may be because of pollution, old age, using computers or contact lenses, environmental conditions, etc.

These drops give quick and soothing effect to the tired eyes.

I. Tulsee eye drops- This is one of the herbal eye drop which includes the extracts of 17 herbs. These drops are specially developed to preserve healthy vision, which are suitable for daily use. The drops contain Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose, which is generally found in most of the ophthalmic preparations.

II. Optrex Dry eye drops- Optrex eye drops help to maintain the natural moisture of the eye by keeping them cool, refreshed and clear. They can be combined with Optrex Liquid Gel, if specific problem arises at night. Contact lenses need not be necessarily removed for putting in the eye drops. Gently squeeze the drops in to the eye as required, but take care that the tip of the dropper does not touch the eye.

III. TheraTears eye drops- TheraTears drops provide comfort while inserting and wearing the contact lens. Place a few drops of TheraTears on the contact lens before you insert it in your eye. The lens gets in to the eye more easily and comfortably.

IV. Soothe Emollient eye drops- These drops restore the moisture in your eyes by locking them for as long as 8 hours and thus provide long hours of comfort to the eye. They contain an oil-based emulsion which helps to retain the natural moisture in the eyes.

V. Mini Drops- These eye drops lubricates the eye giving fast and long-lasting relief from dryness. Regardless of the causes, maybe due to environmental factors or certain medications, etc; it provides a soothing relief from dryness to all the patients.

VI. Systane- Systane helps to lubricate the eye. It creates a protective covering on the eye surface, thus preventing dry spots on the eyes. The main ingredients of Systane are polyethylene glycol and propylene glycol. Place the drops on the affected eye and then blink. Your vision will be blurred for sometime after using Systane. But is completely normal condition which will resolve immediately.

VII. Viva Drops- It contains vitamin A which is necessary for eyes. Viva drops are effective to treat and prevent different dry eye disorders and lenses related problems such as red eyes, giant papillary conjunctivitis, 3 and 9 o’clock straining. It has been reported that there will be no allergic reactions and complications while using Viva drops.
