Hair loss is a common issue among both males and females and sometimes it can appear there is nothing you can do. Nowadays there are however large numbers of hair loss remedies available and you will find solutions to help you feel more confident. Hair loss isn't some thing you've to cope with by yourself and with help you should be able to get some thing that's suitable for your needs.Treatment is something that not many people are aware of. Discovering what you require is some thing that requires a modest amount of knowledge more likely than not a bit of research. You must talk to your doctor to discover the trigger obviously, but after getting that under control, you can think of options for treatment.

Nice article, but for the mistaken 'fact' that cracked and painfull nipples are inevitable. They are not! With proper latching on, all the force is on the areola. Sore nipples are a sign that not all is well. Get help, not teabags.

Hi,
I recently found out that I'm Pre Diabetic so I've changed my diet and I'm also trying to be more active. The doctor wants me to start taking Glucophage but I am afraid of the side effects. Is there any other medication that is similar but won't cause so much damage?

What is the best way to overcome these symtoms? I cannot take Lyrica. Antidepressants have started to make me sweat buckets of water from my head, face and neck. So I got off them. Now I feel so sore and stiff I just do not want to do anything. But there is so much work to keeping a house, cooking, shopping, etc. and I would like to feel like working on a hobby. Is there any help?

In my experience as a physical therapist treating people for chronic headaches, most headaches (acute or chronic) are caused by shoulder blades that sit too low. There are two important muscles attaching from the shoulder blades to the bones of the neck and the base of the skull. When the shoulders sit too low, they pull on these muscles and therefore the vertebrae and skull creating headaches.
Try this simple test. If it is a right-sided headache, put your right hand on top of your head for about twenty seconds. Make sure your shoulder has shrugged up just a little to help you get your hand on your head and keep it up there for the whole 20 seconds. This elevates the shoulder blade, unloading those muscles. Now lower the arm back to your side. Have your headaches decreased? If so, they could be caused by shoulder blades that sit too low. This is VERY common.

I found an interactive software which helps to improve speech delayed problems and help build vocabulary on toddlers, young children and adult with special needs. SeeMe SPEECH COACH has been very effective in the learning process of the children. I hope you give it a try and share it with others too.

The idea that an "improperly aligned spine and subsequent depression of nerves may be the root cause for a number of ailments" is more correctly associated with chiropractic than osteopathy.

Osteopaths generally don't aim to change a person's "shape" (that is usually not possible). They are more interested in movement asymmetries that structural asymmetries.

am interested in knowing more about alternative treatments, such as art and music theraphies for Alzh. patients. Have heard about a film on this topic - I think it is called 'remember better when I paint". Do you have any reading recommendations on this topic. Thank you.
