Exercising makes you feel good. It feels good to have a strong and a good body that can do all the activities you enjoy- like running, playing. It’s also fun to be good at something, like being a good sports player, but may not know that exercising can actually put you in a better mood. When you exercise your brain releases a chemical called endorphins, which may make you feel happier. It’s a reason why exercising is cool. Exercising daily is must to be fit and fine. May your exercise is in any form but make sure you do exercise.

Exercise keeps a balance

Food gives your body fuel in form of calories, which area kind of energy. Your body needs certain amount of calories every day every now and then to perform functions, breathe, walk around, and do all sorts of basic stuff. But if you are active, your body needs extra calories or energy to perform activities. If you are not active you won’t need as many calories. Whatever your calorie need is, if you eat enough to meet the need, your body weight will stay about the same. If you eat more calories than your body needs, it may be stored as excess fat. And to burn these calories you need to exercise.

Bowling, a game where you glide a ball and a certain arrangement of stand, you aim at them and hit them. If you hit any of them you score accordingly. Bowling is all about picking up a ball and aiming it to hit the target. The moment of lifting ball, differing in their weights, and gliding it are the 2 activities that help in move of your muscle. As thus includes the game as an exercise. It makes your body to move and to move your body in any way, form itself means exercising. Calories burnt and you feel happy, no obesity.
