These people claim that they know all about how to lose belly fat and would tell you all for under $100. Well, I have my own doubts about how much they know and why they are selling out for cheap. Well, I am not advocating the fact that all those weight loss centers which charge you thousands of dollars of your hard earned money know any better.

The biggest issue today is that people don’t want you to know what the best way to lose belly fat is. This is because all that they want to do is treat you like the donkey who in the anticipation of getting the carrot tows the load all the way. They just want to keep filling in their pockets while telling you that you are about to lose all the belly fat very soon.

The best way to lose belly fat is not by reducing the water content in your body but by reducing the excess fats. Unfortunately most of the weight loss centers today exploit this method of weight loss today to show exceptional results overnight. But such methods cause more harm to the body than good because water makes up about 70% by weight of the body and is the medium for carrying minerals, vitamins and energy to all the parts of the body. And any reduction means that all these reactions will be affected. Water also helps in cleaning up the body from inside and takes away toxins in the form of urine and stool.

Also there are a lot of pills like Hoodia in the market today which self proclaimed experts claim to be the best way to lose belly fat. But all these substances also cause a lot of side effects in the body and the temporary weight loss is often accompanied by certain other illnesses.

Also steroids have been used and prescribed by many to be the best way to lose weight but at the end of the day diet control and proper exercise the only and the best way to lose belly fat in a healthy way. Reduction in the intake of oily and fatty foods and its replacement with fresh fruits and veggies, reduction of alcohol and soda in the diet and replacing them with water and fresh juices is the first step towards losing belly fat. Also supplement these dietary changes with proper exercises like yoga or weight training for most effective belly fat loss.
