Athletics though doesn’t involve any particular type of exercise or workout but it helps in burning calories because it involves physical exercises. Athletics involve running, jumping, diving etc. In all of these physical exercise is for sure. Various categories involve the physical exercise of various parts of the body. As we play various types of sports our body generates heat and the heat which is so produced helps in perspiration.
